Public asked to remain out of Victoria Park for Police Investigation NOTE: The park has re-opened

At approximately 1:30 a.m. on September 27, 2017 police and EMS attended Victoria Park in the City of Peterborough for an injured male. The adult male was taken to a Toronto based hospital with serious injuries.

The investigation is ongoing. The public is asked to remain out of Victoria Park, located between Murray Street and Brock Street, for the police investigation until further notice. We will advise when the park is re-opened and further updates will be sent out when available.

There is no known threat to public safety.
