Routine traffic stop leads to impaired driving charges for a Peterborough man.
At approximately 3:00 am on September 23, 2017 police conducted a routine traffic stop for an apparent expired validation sticker. After speaking with the male driver the officer noted an odour of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver’s breath.
As a result of the investigation Joseph Myles Conlin 23, of Western Avenue, was arrested and charged with Care or Control Over 80 mgs. The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on October 12, 2017.
