Thursday November 23, 2017 – Be a nosy neighbour and report suspicious activity to police!

The Peterborough Police Service is reminding residents to keep an eye out for suspicious persons in your neighbourhood and to report any suspicious activity to police following three recent vehicle break-ins.

Sometime between 9:45 p.m. on November 21, 2017 and 7:30 a.m. on November 22, 2017 unknown person(s) broke into a locked SUV parked in the driveway of a Hilliard Street home. A small pocket knife was stolen during the incident.

Between 8 p.m. on November 21, 2017 and 8:30 a.m. on November 22, 2017 a locked vehicle parked at a Homewood Avenue residence was broken into and a cell phone was stolen.

Sometime between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on November 22, 2017 a vehicle parked in a Cumberland Avenue church lot was broken into and a quantity of medical devices totalling more than $4,000 were stolen.
