Robbery with Weapon Arrest:

On January 25, 2013 at approximately 3:45 a.m. the male victim in this matter was standing on Charlotte Street in the downtown area having a cigarette. The male was approached by the accused who asked for a cigarette. The male offered the accused a cigarette. The accused then pulled a knife on the male and took his cigarettes and demanded all his money. The male had no money and the accused ran from the scene. Police were contacted and immediately attended the area and located the accused. Chad Corley, 30, of Clonsilla Ave was arrested and charged with Robbery with a weapon and breach of probation. He was held in custody and will appear in court later today (Jan. 25).

Possession of Drugs Arrest:

On January 20, 2013 at approximately 2 a.m. officers were on patrol in the downtown area and came across the accused kneeling on the road on George Street with no shirt on. He had just been involved in a fight. Officers approached the accused as he was yelling obscenities and was found to be drunk. The accused was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place. The accused was then searched and officers located marihuana and cocaine on him. Kevin Fenn, 22, of Parkhill Road East was charged with possession of marihuana and cocaine. Fenn was released from custody and is to appear in court on February, 14 2013.

Warrant Arrest:

On January 23, 2013 at approximately 4 p.m. officers were on patrol and located the accused walking on Hilliard Street. The accused was known to officers and they were aware of an outstanding warrant of arrest for him. John Rogers, 43, of Hilliard Street was arrested and charged on the warrant for failing to attend court on several charges he has before the court. The accused was held in custody and appeared in court on January 24, 2013.
