B&E Arrest
A 38-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after Peterborough Police were called to a break and enter in progress early Tuesday morning.
At approximately 12:20 am on June 28, 2022, officers received a call about a man inside a business in the Clonsilla Avenue and Goodfellow Road area. Upon arrival officers located a man matching the description given to police and took him into custody. Officers also located a number of tools at the scene and on the accused.
As a result of the investigation, a 38-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
- Break and enter a place - with intent to commit indictable offence
- Possession break in instruments
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on July 20, 2022.
B&E Suspects Sought
Peterborough Police are investigating after a break and enter at a business in Fraserville.
Police were called to a business in the County Road 28 and Whitfield Road area after an employee arriving for work noticed damage to an outbuilding and some items missing. It’s believed the incident happened around 5:30am on Sunday, June 26, 2022. Police are looking for several male suspects and black 4-door sedan in connection with the incident.

B&E Suspects Sought
Peterborough Police are investigating after a Peterborough business was broken into over the weekend.
On Monday, June 27, 2022, an employee opening a business in The Queensway and Erskine Avenue area noticed that a window had been damaged, the business had been rummaged through and some money taken. It’s believed the incident happened between 12:00pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022, and Monday, June 27, 2022. When officers arrived, they canvassed the area with negative results.

Mischief Arrest
A 34-year-old Peterborough man is facing mischief charges after an incident early Tuesday morning.
At approximately 2:30am on June 28, 2022, officers were called to a restaurant in the George Street and King Street area. Upon arrival, officers were made aware that a patron had refused to leave and when they did, they kicked and broke the glass in a door. The officers took custody of the accused from the staff.
As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
- Mischief under $5000
- Fail to comply with undertaking
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on July 27, 2022.
