Mischief Arrest
A 31-year-old Peterborough man is facing a charge of mischief after an incident on George Street Thursday morning.
The accused is currently bound by a Probation Order with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
At approximately, 11 a.m. November 26, 2020, police were called to a George Street South business about a man banging on the windows and front door. While on the phone with the employee, police were advised that the accused had broke the door and fled.
As a result of the investigation, Robert Carrol-England, 31 of Peterborough, was arrested in a nearby park and charged with mischief under $5000 and fail to comply with a probation order.
The accused was held in custody and appeared in court yesterday, November 26, 2020.
