Convoy Event – Update

It has been brought to the attention of Peterborough Police Service that some people in the background of a video of an incident at Brealey Drive and Stenson Boulevard Saturday morning are thought to be police officers.  This is not the case. 

These were members of security at Sir Sandford Fleming College. Our understanding is that they were positioned at this location to monitor traffic flow into their property during the convoy.

The police investigation into the incident at Brealey Drive and Stenson Boulevard continues. 

Peterborough Police Service continues to be committed to the safety of all residents.
