Robbery Suspect Sought
Peterborough Police is investigating after a street-level robbery Wednesday evening.
At approximately 11:15pm on July 6, 2022, officers were called to a business in the Lansdowne Street and Goodfellow Road area after a man came into the store bleeding. Upon arrival, officers learned that the man had been struck several times by another man while standing outside and that a bag of items had been taken before the suspect fled the scene.
The suspect was described to police as:
- Younger white male
- Approximately 6'0" average build
- Dark clothes
- Clean shaven
- Short dark hair
- Tattoos all down right leg
- Riding a red and silver bicycle

Mischief/Theft Incidents
Peterborough Police asking for the public’s help after a number of reports of broken car windows and stolen credit cards from a parking lot.
Five separate online reports were filed about the incidents. The incidents happened at a golf course on Lansdowne Street West on Monday, July 4, 2022, and again on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, between 11:00am and 1:30pm. In several cases, along with car windows being smashed, wallets and credit cards were taken.
