Motor Vehicle Collision – Technology Drive
Peterborough Police continue to investigate the circumstances around a single vehicle collision in Peterborough early Wednesday morning.
At approximately 3:30 a.m. on December 22, 2021, officers received a 9-1-1 call about a collision on Technology Drive in Peterborough. Upon arrival to the area and locating the vehicle, officers found a woman outside of the car. As a result, a 41-year-old Peterborough woman was taken to Peterborough Regional Health Centre before being airlifted to a Toronto hospital with serious injuries. A male, also in the vehicle, was treated for minor injuries. There were no other injuries reported.
A Peterborough Police collision reconstruction team was called to the scene.
The road has since been reopened.
