In order to better serve our community, Peterborough Police Service has made a number of incidents reportable online through our Online Reporting System.
The Online Reporting System is accessible from any computer or smart device and can be used 24/7 at your convenience.

- Is this an emergency?

- Is there an immediate danger posed to yourself or someone else?
Non-Emergency

- There are known suspects
- The theft, loss or damage is MORE than $5,000 (Canadian currency)
- Theft or loss involves a firearm, passport or prescription drugs
- A motor vehicle collision
- Related to a break & enter at your home or business
- Related to any form of personal violence including Domestic Violence and/or personal relationship
- Theft or attempted theft of a vehicle
- Any kind of vandalism or graffiti that could be described as hate motivated
Report Online
- There are no known suspects
- The value of the theft, loss or damage is LESS than $5,000 (Canadian currency) (If you are reporting a monetary loss from a fraud or/a scam please use the Fraud - Scam Report)
- The theft or loss does NOT involve a firearm, passport or prescription drugs
- This is NOT a motor vehicle collision
- This is NOT related to any form of personal violence including Domestic Violence and/or personal relationship
- This is NOT a theft or attempted theft of a vehicle
- This is NOT related to any kind of vandalism or graffiti that could be described as hate motivated
