Peterborough Police is investigating after a shooting on Park Street North Saturday afternoon. It’s not considered an active shooter situation. One person was taken to Peterborough Regional Health Centre and succumbed to their injuries. Weapons/Threats Arrest
A 34-year-old Peterborough man is facing numerous charges after an incident Tuesday.
Just before noon on June 28, 2022, officers were made aware of a domestic-related incident in which a firearm was pointed at one of the victims. No one was injured in the incident.

B&E Arrest
A 38-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after Peterborough Police were called to a break and enter in progress early Tuesday morning.
At approximately 12:20 am on June 28, 2022, officers received a call about a man inside a business in the Clonsilla Avenue and Goodfellow Road area. Upon arrival officers located a man matching the description given to police and took him into custody. Officers also located a number of tools at the scene and on the accused.
