Stunt Driving
A 22-year-old driving is facing a stunt driving charge after a traffic stop Thursday night.
At approximately 11:00pm on March 5, 2026, officers on general traffic patrol stopped a vehicle on Water Street between Marina Boulevard and Carnegie Avenue going 99 km/hr in a 50km/hr zone.
The driver was charged with stunt driving and speeding. Their driver’s license was seized for 30 days and the vehicle impounded for 14 days.
This is the second stunt driving charge laid this week on Water Street. Please slow down and obey the speed limit. We all have a responsibility to keep our roads safe.
