Weapons Dangerous Arrest
A 28-year-old Peterborough woman is facing charges after altercations Wednesday evening with several neighbours in her building.
At approximately 9:30pm on October 8, 2025, officers were called to a residential building on Monaghan Road south of Lansdowne Street. Upon arrival, officers learned there had been several run ins between the suspect and two neighbours including the suspect showing the victims a knife, verbally threatening them and breaking door cameras.
As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old Peterborough woman was arrested and charged with:
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm x2
- Mischief Under $ 5,000
The accused is currently being held in custody and will appear in court today, October 9, 2025.
