Break and Enter Arrest
A 36-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after an incident Monday night.
At approximately 830pm on February 23, 2026, officers were called to a residence in the Clonsilla Avenue and Charlotte Street area about an unwanted man. Upon arrival, officers learned that the man was not supposed to be in the residence.
As a result of the investigation, a 36-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:
- Failure to comply with release order - other than to attend court
- Break, Enter a place - with intent to commit indictable offence
The accused is currently bound by a release order with the following condition to not have any contact with the people in the residence and to not attend the residence.
The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, February 24, 2026.
