It's St. Patrick’s Day. Constable Kenny with the Peterborough Police Service Traffic Unit asks if you will be celebrating, please ensure you have a safe ride home.

Break & Enter Suspect Sought

Peterborough Police are investigating after a building under repairs was reported broken into over the weekend.

Grandparent Scam

Peterborough Police are investigating after learning of more grandparent scam incidents. 

On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, officers were made aware of an incident where a 75-year-old victim was asked for $12,000.  Money was exchanged at their residence on Friday, March 11, 2022. 

The suspect was described to police as:

  • Black male
  • Stocky
  • Wearing a black hoody and black pants
