A 30-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after a series of incidents were reported.
On Wednesday, December 18, 2024, officers learned about the incidents involving a female victim and a male suspect who were known to each other. During investigation officers learned that the female had been slapped and choked and then received unwanted communications.

Theft Arrest
A 37-year-old Peterborough woman is facing charges after an incident Tuesday evening.
At approximately 7:30pm on December 17, 2024, officers responded to a call for service about a theft in progress. A 47-year-old Kingston man has been charged with sexual assault after an incident in Peterborough last Tuesday afternoon.
At approximately 7:50pm on December 10, 2024, officers were made aware of an incident that had happened earlier in the afternoon involving a part-time course instructor at Trent University in the Mathematics Department and a student.
