UPDATE: Injured Infant Investigation
The Peterborough Police Service reports that the infant that was in critical condition in a Toronto hospital has succumbed to their injuries.
Peterborough Police are continuing to investigate this incident.

UPDATE: Break and Enter Business (Pictures Available)
The Peterborough Police are continuing to investigate after a business was broken in the early morning Saturday, November 14, 2020 in the city’s West End.
Sometime between 2:20 a.m. and 2:25 a.m. on November 14, 2020 unknown persons forcefully entered into a secured West End business on Lansdowne Street and stole an unknown quantity of cash and caused damage.

A 31-year-old Peterborough man is facing a charge of mischief after an incident on George Street Thursday morning.

Theft of Tools from Business
The Peterborough Police Service is investigating a theft of tools and plumbing equipment from a south end business parking lot.
Sometime overnight between November 19 and November 20, 2020, suspects attended the rear of a south end business and entered work vehicles stealing the following items:
- Miscellaneous Hand Tools (Hammers, Pliers, Wrenches)
- Honda 2000 Inverter Generator
- Milwaukee Corded Right Angle Drill

Injured Infant Investigation
A Peterborough infant is in a Toronto hospital with serious injuries.
On November 22, 2020, the Peterborough Police Service began an investigation involving an infant from a Union Street address that had been taken to Peterborough Regional Health Centre with serious injuries.
The infant has since been transferred to a Toronto based hospital and is listed in critical condition.
