Stunt Driving Charge

A 19-year-old driver is facing a stunt driving charge after a traffic stop in Peterborough Monday afternoon.

At approximately 1:00pm on March 24, 2025, an officer from the Traffic Unit was on general patrol in the area of Water Street and Carnegie Avenue.  A vehicle was spotted travelling at a high rate of speed and was recorded going 98 in a 50km/h zone.

Drug Investigation Arrest

Three individuals are facing a combined seven charges under the Criminal Code (CC) and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) after search warrants were executed in Peterborough, Ottawa and Sault Ste. Marie.
