The Peterborough Police Service are happy to report Marley Day, previously reported as missing, has been located safe and sound and returned home.

Missing 13-Year-Old Female:
The Peterborough Police service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing person 13-year-old Marley Day.
Day was last seen at 2:30 am on August 31, 2021 in the area of Charlotte Street and Aylmer Street. Day is described as Caucasian, female, 13 years old, 5’5”, Shoulder length brownish/blondish hair, Freckles wearing a black hot wheels sweater.

On June 17,2021 Provincial Court Peterborough issued a warrant for the arrest of Joseph Sampson for Impaired Driving x3, Breach of Probation and Mischief Under $5,000.
Also, on June 24, 2021 Provincial Court Peterborough issued a warrant to arrest Sampson for Fail to Appear, Breach of Probation and Weapons Dangerous.

Disturbance Public Health Building:
On Friday August 27, 2021 at 4:15 pm police responded to the building located at 185 King Street regarding an anti-vaccination protest involving 20 people.
Protestors were chanting and holding signs regarding the vaccinations surrounding Covid- 19. Private security officers were standing infront of the building preventing protestors from entering the building.
